FAILLE is a collection of furniture that questions the place of each element in a piece of furniture. The pieces of furniture are thought of as blocks which would be split into several parts to give shape to an object whose breaks are sublimated.

I work through this collection like a sculptor who separated each element with a sharp stroke and thus see the wood as a raw mineral and the final piece as a sculpture.
